BOMA Enspire is a three-year $24.9M national program funded by Natural Resources Canada through its Deep Retrofit Accelerator initiative. Delivered by BOMA Canada, it supports the implementation of deep energy retrofits for mid-tier commercial real estate buildings in Canada. The program provides resources, guidance and funding to improve building performance and facilitate the transition to low-carbon operations.
The program is focused on supporting mid-tier commercial buildings, which represent more than 65% of Canada’s commercial building stock. By targeting this segment, BOMA Enspire addresses a critical opportunity to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while supporting building owners and managers as they respond to evolving market expectations and regulatory requirements.
Participants have access to a comprehensive education series, subsidized certification training and expert guidance to improve building performance. These resources help building owners and managers identify opportunities, address operational challenges and plan upgrades to help make their buildings more sustainable and profitable.
